Wellsville Police
arrested Jerrad R. Roulo, age 35 of Wellsville, charging him with Burglary 3rd
(Class D Felony) and Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took
place on West Hanover Street in July.
Roulo was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending
arraignment in CAP Court. Roulo is due
to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police
arrested Carl A. Testerman, age 66 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal
Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor).
The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Hanover
Street. Testerman was processed, issued
an appearance ticket and released.
Testerman is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 17,
2024 at 4:30 pm.
