Wellsville Police
arrested Lance E. Ek, age 52 of Olean, charging him with 2 counts of Petit
Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The
charges stem from incidents that took place at Running’s on August 27th
and September 3rd. Ek was
processed, issued appearance tickets and released. Ek is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on September 17th at 4:30 pm.
