Wellsville Police arrested Dustin J. Leitzell, age 29 of
Scio, charging him with Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a motor vehicle
3rd, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Speed in Zone, Moved from lane unsafely,
Failed to stop at a stop sign, Improper or unsafe turn without signal and
Failed to comply with a lawful order.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on East Dyke Street on
August 8th. He was processed, issued
an appearance ticket and released.
Leitzell is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 10th
at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Teresa A. Dexter, age 35 of
Genesee, PA, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check. The charge stems from a complaint made by the
Giant Food Mart in Wellsville. Dexter
was also arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court for
failure to appear in Court on a previous Petit Larceny charge. Dexter was transported from the McKean County
Jail and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Dexter was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $250.00 cash bail or $500.00 property bond. Dexter is due back in Wellsville Village
Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.
