On Wednesday August 28, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Martelle Dance Academy at Rise Above at 161-167 North Main St in Wellsville. This is in conjunction with their Grand Opening Celebration. Kate Martelle will be offering tours of her studio, a giveaway, some sweet treats and special introductory registration rates.
