Wellsville Police arrested Brian N. Whitcher, age 45 of
Wellsville, charging him with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd (unclassified
misdemeanor) for driving with a suspended driver’s license. The charge
stems from a traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village of
Wellsville. Whitcher was processed and
arraigned before Associate Wellsville Justice Walsh. Whitcher was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Catherine A. Smith, age 67 from
Bemus Point, NY, charging her with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took
place at From the Heart on August 23rd.
Smith was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Smith is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.
