8/9/19 1:50pm- After investigating a sex offense in the town of Genesee, State Police arrested Allen D. Skiver, 80, of Genesee. He was charged with forcible touching of intimate parts and endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on a court appearance ticket. The alleged crime was reported August 6th.
8/9/19 10:45am- State Police investigated a collision involving four vehicles at the intersection of Olean Portville Road and Haskell Road in Portville. Troopers listed the drivers as a 16-year-old female from Porrtville, Pamela A. Franklin, 56, of Richburg, Melinda S. Karver, 42, of Shinglehouse and Kathy L. Mesler, 59, of Bolivar. State Police said no injuries were reported.
