William A. Congdon, 55, Avon, NY, was arrested January 1, charged with Harassment 2nd Degree and following LC-CAP arraignment was released on his own recognizance to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Indio T. Valez, 34, Rochester,
NY, was charged January 1, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Operating a Motor Vehicle
with Improper Plates, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and No/Inadequate
Plate Lamp. Velez was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
James R. O’Connor, 30, Nunda,
NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree on
January 1, and following LC-C AP arraignment was released on his own
recognizance to satisfy charges in Nunda Village Court on a later date.
Chantelle Delacruz, 31, Nunda,
NY, was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree on January 1, and
was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Nunda Village Court on a
later date.
Terry A. Killinger, Jr., 45,
Marion, NY, was arrested January 1, charged with Driving While Intoxicated,
Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Speeding and Failure to Use Designated
Lane. Killinger was issued an appearance
ticket to answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Scott G. Getgen, 85, West
Bloomfield, NY, was charged January 2, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of
a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and was released on an appearance ticket
to satisfy charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Tyler M. Day, 25, Avon, NY, was
arrested and charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree, Operating a
Motor Vehicle without an Interlock Device, Refusal to Submit to a Breathalyzer
Test and Speeding on January 5. Day will
reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Kyle A. Leach, 25, Leicester,
NY, was charged January 3, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Operating an Uninspected
Motor Vehicle. Leach was released on an
appearance ticket to answer charges in Leicester Town Court on a later date.
George W. Peck, 66, Bergen, NY,
was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving
While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater, Driving on the
Shoulder of a Controlled Access Highway and Moving From Lane Unsafely on
January 5. Peck will respond to charges
in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Korey M. Buzzell, 44, Conesus,
NY, was arrested January 5, charged with Harassment 2nd Degree and
Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Following LC-CAP arraignment, Buzzell was released on his own
recognizance to address charges in Conesus Town Court on a later date.
Adam R. Baber, 36, Geneseo, NY,
was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol .08% or
Greater and Speeding on January 6. Baber
will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Katrena M. Loveland, 31, Nunda,
NY, was arrested January 8, charged with Failure to Report Address Change as a
Registered Sex Offender. Loveland was issued an appearance ticket to address
charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Jacob C. Sick, 28, Conesus, NY,
was charged January 11, with Making a False Sworn Statement 2nd
Degree and was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Sparta
Town Court on a later date.
Janine M. Watkins, 61,
Dansville, NY, was charged January 12, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of
a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator. Watkins was issued an appearance ticket to
satisfy charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Ryan D. Bush, 30, Conesus, NY,
was arrested and charges with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree on
January 4, and was issued an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Conesus
Town Court on a later date.
