Florida man accused of sending explicit text messages to 10 and 12 year old in Potter County

A criminal complaint has been filed against a Florida man after he allegedly sent explicit text messages two Potter County youths, ages 10 and 12. Pennsylvania State Police filed the complaint against 38-year-old Tarkan Ismailoff of Palm Coast. He faces two felony counts of disseminating explicit sexual material to a minor, two felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor involving obscene or other sexual materials and performances and two misdemeanor counts of corruption of minor. No court date has been sent. Troopers said the case remains open pending further investigation.
