Wellsville Police arrested Ryan J. Sheridan, age 26 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Felony), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Felony),
Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Felony), AUO 1st (Felony), Inadequate or
no stop lamps, Failed to keep right, Moved from lane unsafely, Failed to notify
DMV of change of address and Use rented/leased/loaned vehicle without
interlock. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on West Dyke Street in the Village of Wellsville. Sheridan was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Sheridan is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on January 28th at 4:30 p.m.
