Wellsville Police arrested Curtis D. Hall, age 35 of
Wellsville, charging him with Making a Terroristic Threat (Class D Felony) and
Aggravated Harassment 2nd. The charges
stem from an incident that took place on West State Street on January
27th. Hall was processed and arraigned
before Town of Willing Justice Guiney.
Hall was released under the supervision of the Allegany County Probation
Department. Hall is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on February 4th at 4:30 p.m.
