1/18/20 10:03pm- State Police arrested Kaylee Hicks, 21, of Portville. She was charged with felony assault with intent to cause serious injury with a weapon and felony residential burglary causing injury. Troopers also charged her with criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use. Hicks was detained.
1/19/20 1:38am- During a traffic stop on County Road 85 in Tuscarora, State Police arrested Melvin S. Hibbard, 65, of Addison. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a blood alcohol level above .08%. He was issued tickets for court and released.
