SP Amity Troopers arrested Sara E. Huey, 25, of Hume on
August 6, 2019, and James P. Coughlin, 25, of Niagara Falls on August 9, 2019
both for Burglary 2nd Degree.
Troopers investigating a burglary at a residence on Dugway
Road in the town of Hume originally reported in March 2019 allege both subjects
had unlawfully entered the home and stole items.
Huey was arraigned in Hume Town Court and released on her
own recognizance. She is due to reappear in that court in September. Coughlin
was arraigned in Hume Town Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu
of $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond. He is due to reappear in that court later this
month.
