PRESS RELEASE:
Following a domestic dispute in the Village of Cuba on August 8th, 2019, Cuba Police arrested Scott Bateman, 24, of Olean. Bateman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child (Misdemeanor).Bateman was processed and released to appear at a later date. Bateman is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
