New York State Police Blotter – Feb. 16, 2025
2/16/25 5:05 p.m.- After investigating an animal
complaint in the town of Allen, state police arrested three Allegany County
resident. Arrested were Thomas J. Humphrey, 32, of Belmont, Taylor M. Grubb,
27, of Belfast and Tammy L. Dunn-Humphrey, 56, of Belmont. Each was charged
with four counts of torturing or injuring animals/failure to provide sustenance
and 11 counts of neglecting an impounded animal. All three were released on an
appearance ticket for court.
2/16/25 2:06 p.m.- After conducting an investigation
in the town of Wirt, state police arrested Brady Ryan Hodge, 31, of Scio. He
was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance(stimulants), a
class C felony crime. He was taken to the Allegany County jail where was held
for Central arraignment.
2/16/25 11:07 a.m.- Bath-based state police arrested
Jeffrey Allen Parulski, 39, of Prattsburgh. He was charged with felony grand
larceny of a motor vehicle and felony first-degree falsifying business records.
Court action is pending.
2/16/25 8:14 p.m.- State police arrested Samuel K.
Byler, 33, of Addison. He was charged with felony third-degree criminal
possession of a weapon, felony first-degree criminal contempt (violating an
order of protect with weapons or threats. He was also charged with menacing
with a weapon and unlawful imprisonment. He was transported to jail for Central
arraignment.
