Wellsville Police arrested John C. Keating, age 41 of Andover, charging him with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), AUO 1st (Class E Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Class A Misdemeanor), Improper Plates (Infraction) and Unregistered Motorcycle (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway near Island Park. Keating was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Keating is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 16th at 4:30 pm.
