Shinglehouse police arrested an Eldred man after a disturbance call in the Borough. Police charged 33-year-old Justin A. Unverdorben with disorderly conduct for allegedly engaging in fighting and public drunkenness. Arraigned in court Sunday at 8 a.m., he was released on $5,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is set for July 29 at 2:15 p.m.
