Wellsville Police arrested Patrick W. Gallagher Jr, age 33 of Wellsville, charging him with Aggravated Harassment 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on Scott Avenue on July 19th. Gallagher was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Gallagher is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 6th at 4:30 p.m.
