Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant, arrested Patrick W. Gallagher Jr, age 33 of Wellsville, charging him with a Probation Violation. Gallagher was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Gallagher is due in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police
arrested Jason T. Mandell, age 44 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal
Obstruction of Breathing (Class A Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd
(Violation). The charges stem from an
incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue. Mandell was processed and transported to the
Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Madell is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court at a later date.
