7/21/24 2 p.m.- After investigating a complaint in
the village of Canaseraga, state police based in Amity arrested Brian M.
Lowery, 52, of Canaseraga. He was charged with felony criminal mischief, petit
larceny and criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection.
He was initially detained.
7/21/24 2:25 p.m.- State Police arrested Devin M.
Frisicaro, 29, of West Seneca following an incident in the village of Bolivar.
He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle with the owner’s consent and
criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was initially detained.
7/22/24 12:01 a.m.- After responding to a domestic
dispute call, troopers from Amity arrested Dana R. McDonald, 43, of Bolivar. He
was charged with criminal contempt. He was released on his own recognizance.
