On July 12th, 2024 at approximately 11:43AM, Cuba Police arrested Dylon E. Howard (30) of Cuba, NY. Howard was arrested on charges of criminal contempt (Misdemeanor). Howard was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment. Howard is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On July 15th, 2024 at approximately 5:58PM, Cuba Police arrested a juvenile of Cuba, NY. This juvenile was arrested on charges of forcible touching (Misdemeanor) and sexual misconduct (Misdemeanor). This juvenile was arrested and issued an appearance ticket to appear in family court. This juvenile is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
