A Coudersport man is in jail facing multiple counts in Potter County. Borough police arrested 23-year-old Thomas Dustin Crosby, age 23. He was charged with felony discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and misdemeanor recklessly endangering another person. Arraigned in court Friday morning, he was remanded to Potter County Jail when he couldn’t post $10,000 cash bail. Magisterial District Judge Bryan Phelps has scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 30th at 9 a.m.
