Wellsville Police arrested Victoria L. Stormer, age 53 of Wellsville, charging her with Trespass (Violation). The charge stems from a complaint made by Dollar General on West Dyke Street. Stormer was issued an appearance ticket and released. Stormer is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 6th at 4:30 pm.
