Richard L. “Dick” DIBBLE, 82, of West Bluff Drive, Keuka Park, NY, formerly of Whitesville, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023.  A Memorial Service will be held 11:30 AM, Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the First United Methodist Church, Whitesville, NY.  Pastor Tammy Wise will officiate.  A luncheon and time of fellowship will follow at the Whitesville Fire Department.  Memorials may be made to Whitesville Fire Department, P.O.
