7/22/24 12:18 p.m.- After investigating a complaint in the town of Wellsville, state police arrested Michael J. McKinley, 61, of Wellsville. He was charged with third-degree rape involving a victim under the age of 17.
7/22/24 4:47 p.m. & 5:26 p.m.- After an incident
in Friendship, state police arrested Michael A. Osby, 39, of Olean. He was
charged with felony criminal possession of narcotics with intent to sell,
felony criminal possession of methamphetamine, seventh-degree criminal
possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of drug
paraphernalia, criminal possession of dilutents and false personation. Troopers
also arrested Amanda Joyce Cheek, 40, of Wellsville. She was charged with
criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of dilutents
and bail jumping. Both were ordered held in custody.
