7/20/24 1:22 p.m.- During a traffic stop in the
village of Bolivar, state police arrested Bonnie J. Lanterman, 62, of
Wellsville. She was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a
controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, aggravated unlicensed
operation and driving with a suspended registration. Court action is pending.
7/21/24 4:54 a.m.- After responding to a call in
Hornellsville, Wayland-based troopers arrested Kenneth S. Graham, 19, of
Hornell. He was charged with felony assault with intent to cause serious
physical injury and second-degree strangulation. He was detained.
