7/28/24 9:21 a.m.- After state police responded to a domestic dispute in the village of Bolivar, troopers arrested Jonathan M. OShell, 37, of Bolivar. He was charged with felony aggravated family offense (more than one offense within five years) and criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order. He was held in central arraignment.
