Wellsville: No injuries in balloon incident

The Great Wellsville Hot Air Balloon Rally came to a close Sunday morning, but not before one final mass liftoff. Weather conditions were perfect. The entire weekend went as planned...until. Rachel's Dream, operated by Endless Mountains which originates from Pennsylvania, was drifting between the Genesee River and Runnings (in the Riverwalk Plaza). The balloon became snagged on a light pole. The Emerald Hook & Ladder responded to ensure crew safety and cut the balloon from the pole.
