Wellsville Police arrested Jaden I.B. Jackson, age 20 of Wellsville, charging him with Making a Terroristic Threat (Class D Felony), Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took place on South Main Street. Jackson was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in the Allegany County Centralized Arraignment Parts Court (CAP). Jackson was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $4,000.00 cash bail or $25,000.00 property bond or $50,000.00 partially secured bond. Jackson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 16th at 3:30 pm.
Wellsville Police
arrested Tracy J. McGraw, age 35 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI
(Unclassified Misdemeanor). The charge
stems from an incident that took place on East Pearl Street. McGraw was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
McGraw is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 6th
at 4:30 pm. Additional charges are
pending blood test results.

Wellsville Police arrested Don M. Chitiyo, age 35 of Alabama, charging him with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Unlicensed Operator (Infraction), Unregistered motor vehicle (Infraction), Fail to keep right (Infraction) and Improper or Unsafe turn w/o signal. The charges stem following a traffic stop on Jefferson Street. Chitiyo was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Chitiyo is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 16th at 4:30 pm.
