Wellsville Police
arrested Robert A. Richardson, age 36 of Hinsdale, charging him with Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Suspected Methamphetamine
– Class A Misdemeanor), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd
(Unclassified Misdemeanor), Unlicensed Operator (Infraction) and Unregistered
Motor Vehicle (Infraction). The charges
stem from a traffic stop on South Brooklyn Avenue. Richardson was processed, issued an
appearance ticket and released.
Richardson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 16th
at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Melissa A. Farley, age 41 of Wellsville, on a Bench Warrant issued by County Court Judge Brown for a violation of her pre-trial release. Farley was processed and committed to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in Allegany County Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested James V. Lee, age 28 of Howard, NY, charging him with failure to appear in Court on June 4th on a previous Petit Larceny charge. Lee was transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in the Allegany County Centralized Arraignment Parts Court (CAP). Lee is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
