Hornell NY, July 11, 2024…St. James Hospital has appointed Denise Becher as Chief Strategic Officer. Since April 2021, Ms. Becher has served as Executive Vice President for St. James Hospital.
As Chief Strategic Officer, Ms. Becher will play a pivotal role in guiding the hospital's strategic initiatives to ensure sustained growth, operational efficiency, and community impact. Operating in a rural setting, this leadership position requires a unique blend of strategic vision, healthcare expertise, and community engagement skills.

In 1988, Denise started her career at St. James Hospital, previously located on Canisteo Street in Hornell. Her previous roles have included Regional Director of Decision Support & NYS Grants, and Director of Decision Support & Revenue Cycle.
