7/10/24 1 p.m.- After responding to an incident in the Town of Wellsville, state police arrested Gregory S. Miller, 54, of Penndel, PA. He was charged with felony criminal possession of an ammo clip, felony criminal possession of an assault rifle and a lesser count of criminal possession of a weapon. He was initially charged with Attempted Murder 2nd degree, Assault 1st degree, Reckless Endangerment 1st degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree (two counts), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd and Criminal Use of a Weapon 1st degree. Those charges stem from allegedly shooting a man on Smith Hollow Road.
7/10/24 10:51 p.m.- After responding to a domestic dispute, troopers arrested Justin J. Nease, 43, of Clarksville. He was charged with criminal mischief and two counts of child endangerment. Court action is pending.
