Shinglehouse
Police on Friday filed a criminal complaint in District Court against a
Wellsville man. The summons complaints were issued to Timothy Dee Billings, age
30. His charges include:
1.DUI: controlled substance – schedule 2
or 3 – first offense
2.DUI: controlled substance –
metabolite
3.DUI: impaired ability
4.Disorderly conduct – engage in
fighting
The charges
stem from an incident on July 14th. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled
for October 15th.
