9/1/20 11:22am- After investigating a forgery complaint in the Town of Wellsville, State Police arrested Joshua L. Maxwell, 40, of Belfast. He was charged with second-degree possessing a forged instrument, a class-D felony count. He was issued an appearance ticket for town court and released.
