Wellsville Police arrested Jesse E. Clark, age 32 of
Wellsville, charging him with Aggravated Harassment 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Madison Street in May of 2020.
Clark was processed and arraigned via Skype before Allegany County Court
Judge Brown. Clark was released under the supervision of the Allegany County
Probation Department. Clark is due back
in Allegany County Court on September 9th at 4:00 p.m.
