Wellsville Police arrested Patrick L. O’Connor, age 34 of
Geneseo, NY, charging him with Issuing a Bad Check. The charge stems from a complaint made by the
Giant Food Mart in Wellsville. O’Connor
was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. O’Connor paid restitution in full and was
released.
Wellsville Police arrested Deric C. Avery-Sadler, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Merriam Heights on August 18th.
Avery-Sadler was also arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant. Avery-Sadler was processed and arraigned
before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Avery-Sadler was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 cash
bail. Avery-Sadler is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m. He was previously
arrested on Sunday and charged with felony criminal mischief stemming from an
incident also on Merriam Heights.
