Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police arrested Kaliesta J.C. Perkins, age 19 of Belmont, charging her with Falsifying Business Records 2nd.  The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart in Wellsville.  Perkins was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Perkins is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 43 of Alma, charging him with Exposure of a Person.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on Madison Street on August 9th.  Fronczak was processed and arraigned before Town of Willing Justice Guiney.  Fronczak was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail.  Fronczak is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police report the arrest of 7 juvenile male’s following an investigation into the damage of an ice storage cooler that was on the Island Park property following the Wellsville Balloon Rally in July.  Arrested were three 13-year-old Wellsville Youths, three 14-year-old Wellsville Youths and one 15-year-old youth from Genesee, NY.  The youths were all charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Fleony).  The 7 youths were petitioned to the Allegany County Probation Department for further action.
