Steuben County Warrant Squad makes seven arrests

Warrant Squad Arrests
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that from August 1, 2019 to August 8, 2019, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Squad arrested seven people due to active warrants:
-August 1, 2019 Philip A. Spangenburg, Jr., age 35, of Dee Road, Campbell, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Spangenburg was wanted for appearance in the Painted Post Village Court. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Cour

-August 1, 2019 Michael D. Wilson, age 33, of Faucett Road, Bath, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Wilson was wanted for appearance in the City of Corning and Town of Erwin Courts. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court.
-August 1, 2019 Ramon L. Rivera, Jr., age 28, of Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Rivera was wanted for appearance in the Steuben County Family Court. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court.
-August 2, 2019 Karen A. Matteson, age 34, of Main Street, Addison, New York. It is alleged that Ms. Matteson was wanted for appearance in the Village of Bath and the City of Corning Court. She was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court.
-August 7, 2019 Sabra L. Henry, age 32, of Breed Hollow Road, Horseheads, New York. It is alleged that Ms. Henry was wanted for appearance in the Steuben County Court. She was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court.
-August 7, 2019 William P. Niver, age 39, of Velie Road, Savona, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Niver was wanted for appearance in the Schuyler County Family Court. He was turned over to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
-August 8, 2019 Ryan P. Cosgrove, age 20, of North Franklin Street, Corning, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Cosgrove violated a term or condition of his probation. He was held to be arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court.
