April 10 - Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office with the arrest of Tracy L. Ames, age 37 of Canaseraga, on a Steuben County Violation of Probation Warrant. Ames was located at her residence, processed, and turned over Steuben County Deputies.

April 9 - Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that with the assistance of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph A. Lewis, age 32 of Woodhull on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Lewis was processed and transported to the Allegany County Family Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $4,500.00 cash or $9,000.00 bond.  Lewis is due to reappear in Allegany County Family Court on April 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. for additional court action.
