Allegany County: Rape suspect receives 10 years probation

A Friendship man avoided prison after he pleaded guilty to 2nd degree rape. Judge Terry Parker sentenced Dwight J. Allison, 19, to ten years of sex offender probation, fined $1,000, $325 surcharge and he was designated a Level 2 sex offender. Prosecutors said Allison engaged in sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 13. The incident occurred November 4, 2017 in the Town of Wellsville.
