Allegany County: Sex Offender sentenced for registry violation

In Allegany County court Thursday, 71-year-old Brian L. Stone of Wellsville was sentenced to a three year condition discharge. Prosecutors said Stone moved to Wellsville September 29, 2017, but failed to verify his new address with the sheriff's office as he is required to do within ten days of moving. Stone is a Level 3 sex offender.
