On April 22nd, 2018 at approximately 8:30pm, Cuba Police arrested Dennis A. Merrill Jr., 36, of Cuba. Merrill Jr. was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing (misdemeanor) following a report of a domestic dispute. Merrill Jr. was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Merrill Jr. is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
