On April 17th, 2018 at approximately 1:00 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Stacy L. Ward, 25, of Cuba. Ward was processed and charged with endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor). Ward was placed in front of a Cuba Town Justice and sent to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $500.00 bail. Ward is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
