Canaseraga, NY/ Boston, MA - Jerry A. Renwand, 58, passed
away on Monday, April 16, 2018 in Boston. He was born December 2, 1959 in
Hornell the son of James A. and Kathryn (Parker) Renwand Sr.
Jerry was raised in Canaseraga and attended Canaseraga
Central School. He was a self employed carpenter in the Canaseraga area before
moving to Boston. He was a Buffalo Bills fan and was a passionate and
knowledgeable fan of Classic Rock. Jerry had a wonderful sense of humor and was
loved by his family and many friends.
He is survived by a son, Daniel J. (Jessica) Renwand of
Elmira, two grandchildren, Keagan and Kaylee Renwand, his mother, Kathryn
Renwand of Alfred Station, one brother, James (Wendy) Renwand of Greenwood, two
sisters, Carla (Gerry) Brzezinski of Livonia, and Cindy (Buddy) Getman of
Alfred Station, one aunt, many beloved nieces, nephews, and several cousins. He
was predeceased by his father, a brother, Joseph Renwand, and a sister Carol Carpenter.
Friends are invited to call on Thursday, April 26th from
6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday, April 27th from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. at the J. W.
Embser Sons Funeral Home Inc., 34 W. State Street in Wellsville. A Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 27th at 11:00 a.m. in St.
Mary's Church in Canaseraga with Rev John Cullen as celebrant. Burial will be
in St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations
