Ives was processed and transported to the Town of Friendship
Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with
bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
Ives is to reappear in Allegany County Court on April 26, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
for additional court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
April 20, 2018, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Pamela J. Ives, age
45 of Belmont on an Allegany County Court Warrant. Ives was additionally
charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd
Degree and Operating While Registration Suspended or Revoked.
