2018 Wellsville Youth Football & Cheer Sign-ups
For all boys and girls in Grades K – 6th. If your child is new to this program, please bring a copy of their birth certificate. We also need your child's current report card indicating what grade your child is in, all grades and scores can be left off and it is not required to sign up! We are also still looking for a few Youth Cheer Coaches. Would like them to have some cheer experience or even experience with coaching youth.

All signs ups will be @ the Wellsville Elementary School Lobby
April 17th & 19th 4-6 pm
April 24th & 26th 4-6 pm
New this year all sign ups are FREE!! There is no charge to play football or cheer. Due to this program being free this year there will be a cap on players per football team and cheerleaders. This will be a first come first serve basis and after we reach the cap there will be a waiting list for players who signed up after the cap was reached.
YOUR CHILD WILL NEED A PHYSICAL DATED JULY 31, 2017 OR AFTER. THIS MUST BE PROVDED TO THE COACH BEFORE YOUR CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED TO START PRACTICING. THIS IS A CYFL REQUIREMENT AND THE LEAGUE MUST HAVE A COPY OF THIS PHYSICAL.
