4/17/18 9:15pm- During a traffic stop in Belmont, state police arrested Roy A. Ernst, 60, of Belfast. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08%, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to keep right. He was processed and released on tickets for court.
