4/19/18 2:14am-  During a traffic stop on State Route 244 in the town of Alfred, state police arrested Richard J. Allman, 24, of Alfred. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. He was released to a sober third party. He'll answer the charges in court at a later date.
