Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on April 13, 2018 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Ross M. Sandlas, age 34 of Angelica on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued out of the Village of Wellsville Court. Sandlas was located at his residence, processed, and transported to the Village of Wellsville Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail. Sandlas is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Wellsville Court on April 17, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. for additional court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on April 13, 2018, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested a 17 year old Friendship male on a Bench Warrant issued by Allegany County Court for violation of pre-trial release.  The name protected male was transported to the Allegany County Jail without bail pending an appearance in Allegany County Court at a later date.
