Wellsville Police arrested Patricia L. Barney, age 58 of
Scio, charging her with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd). The charge stems from a traffic stop on State
Route 19 in the Village of Wellsville.
Barney was issued a traffic citation and released. Barney is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on May 8th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested James E. Franklin Jr., age 24 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on Howard Street on
April 14th. Franklin was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Franklin is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 15th at
4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Dylan J. Randall, age 22 of Scio, charging
him with failure to appear in Court on a previous AUO 3rd and other V&T
charges. Randall was located by the
Allegany County Sheriff’s Department and transported to Wellsville. Randall was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Randall was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail
or $500.00 property bond. Randall is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on May 15th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Kristopher R. Shea, age 36 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Brooklyn
Avenue on April 15th. Shea was processed
and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Shea pled guilty to the charge, was fined and
released. Shea is due back in Wellsville
Village Court to make his fine payment at a later date.
