Following a report of a domestic dispute in the Village on April 10th at approximately 11:50 p.m.,Cuba Police arrested April M. Baldwin, 31, of Cuba. Baldwin was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (violation),criminal mischief 4th (misdemeanor),endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor) and resisting arrest (misdemeanor). Baldwin was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $2,000.00 bail. These charges stem from an alleged domestic incident in which Baldwin threw a brick into the victims vehicle causing damage and spit several times on responding police officers. Baldwin is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
